Delete your account

For anybody with a School MIS account or a SchoolsUG app sign-in. Tell us who you are and we will delete the account within 30 days, after checking with you and your school that the request is really yours.

What is deleted

Staff: your sign-in, and your email address and telephone number.
Parents: your app sign-in and the phone's notification token, and — if you ask — your telephone number and email on your child's record.
Anything you asked us for through this website, such as a demonstration request.

What the school keeps

A student's school record — results, report cards, fees, attendance — belongs to the school, which needs it for years. Ask the school about it.
A staff member's name stays on the marks and receipts they entered, because those are the school's records of what happened.
Invoices and payments, which the law requires to be kept for tax.
